UK mid-market private equity firm Bowmark Capital has appointed Steve Moore as a Portfolio Director within its portfolio management and value creation team, in addition to promoting Sam Price to Portfolio Director and Sam Beesley to Portfolio Manager.
Moore has joined Bowmark after seven years at Boston Consulting Group, where he led strategic and operational projects for clients in the technology, transport and infrastructure sectors.
Price joined Bowmark in 2012 and has worked on value creation projects and developed Bowmark’s portfolio monitoring capabilities, while Beesley joined in 2021 and is responsible for performance, analysis and improvement across the portfolio.
