Bowmark Capital, a private equity investment firm specialising in technology, data, and services companies, has added to its leadership team with the appointment of Liz Judd as Partner and General Counsel, alongside Maria Hora as Portfolio Director.
Judd brings over 20 years of experience as a legal advisor to private equity fund managers and financial services businesses. She joins from STAR Capital, where she served as Partner, General Counsel, and Compliance Officer. In her new role, Judd will oversee Bowmark’s legal and compliance functions.
Hora joins from Boston Consulting Group, where she was a partner focusing on growth and transformation initiatives. She has experience working across various sectors, including business services, consumer, and healthcare. As a Portfolio Director within Bowmark’s value creation team, Hora will work closely with portfolio companies to drive growth and implement strategies that build long-term value.
