Bowmark Capital has further strengthened its investment, portfolio and origination teams with six new appointments.
Jessica Collins, Ben Culverwell, Jamal Lakhani and James Swainston join Bowmark as investment executives, while Sam Beesley and Jemma Litkie become members of the firm’s portfolio management and origination teams.
Collins was previously a senior consultant at Oliver Wyman where she focused on commercial due diligence and corporate strategy projects. Prior to that, she was an equities analyst at Fidelity International covering small cap companies.
Culverwell joins Bowmark from Houlihan Lokey where he was a member of the corporate finance team and worked on a range of transactions in the data, fintech, education and publishing sectors.
Lakhani previously worked in investment banking at Royal Bank of Canada where he focused on the financial services and business services sectors and, prior to that, was a member of the transaction services team at KPMG.
Swainston also joins Bowmark from Royal Bank of Canada where he was a member of the M&A team, advising on transactions for both private equity and corporate clients in the consumer, TMT and infrastructure sectors.
Beesley joins as a portfolio analyst from Grant Thornton, where he was a manager in the valuations and modelling team.
Litkie joins as an origination executive, having previously been with Houlihan Lokey as a research and development associate.
