Bowmark Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on technology, data and services companies, has strengthened its team with the appointments of Monty Ismail as an Investment Director and Matthew Grady as an Investment Executive.
Prior to joining Bowmark, Ismail was a director at Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, where he worked for six years, focusing on transactions in the business services and software sectors. Previously, he spent eight years as an M&A adviser at Barclays Investment Bank.
Grady meanwhile, joins Bowmark from the technology and services team at Raymond James, where he spent four years working on transactions in the software, data and information services sectors.
The two new arrivals follow the appointment earlier in the year of Steve Moore, who joined Bowmark as a Portfolio Director after seven years at Boston Consulting Group, where he led a range of strategic and operational projects for clients in the technology, transport and infrastructure sectors; and Oleksandra Rovinska who joined as an investment executive from Citi, where she spent over four years working in banking, capital markets and advisory, focusing on transactions in the technology, media and telecoms sectors.
