Browne Jacobson’s corporate health lawyers have advised specialist healthcare services private equity investor, Weight Partners Capital (WPC) on its investment in Grosvenor Health and Social Care (Grosvenor) for an undisclosed sum.
WPC’s investment will support Grosvenor in its ambitions for further geographical growth across the UK and will also give the organisation the opportunity to broaden out its service offering.
