New York-based international law firm Cahill Gordon & Reindel has added Peter Williams as a Partner in the its office in New York, where he will serve as co-head of the firm’s private credit practice, effective 15 July.
Williams was most recently a managing director on the credit strategies team at KKR Credit, prior to which he served as US head of structuring at KKR. In the latter role, he focused on structuring private credit transactions and managing documentation and negotiation for KKR Credit’s private credit and strategic investment group teams in the US.
Prior to KKR, Williams worked at King & Spalding, where he focused on private credit transactions, as well as Squire Patton Boggs.
