He became the firm’s first chief data officer in 2019, a position that has now been elevated to the executive leadership team. Based in Boston, Soin is also an active member of the firm’s global Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Council.

Lester is the Global Head of Corporate Strategy, based in New York. He will partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to define Cambridge Associates’ strategic direction and execute against major strategic initiatives. Lester, who joined Cambridge Associates in November 2022, has more than a decade of strategic and business development experience across financial services.
