Campton Private Equity Advisors, a private equity fund of funds adviser, has appointed James H Grossman as a senior adviser to the firm.
Grossman (pictured) brings significant experience to the Campton team as a venture capital and private equity principal and attorney, a board member of private and public companies and an international arbitrator with experience in commercial and intellectual property matters.
Grossman is a member of the board of directors of several public companies, including UK-based Unicorn Venture Capital Trust. He was the head of the corporate law department at Buchalter, Nemer, Fields & Younger, a Los Angeles-based law firm, where he specialised in venture capital, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, international business transactions and general corporate matters. He also has significant government experience including serving as the chairman of the US Foreign Claims Settlement Commission.
