Global asset manager Capital Dynamics has appointed Susan Giacin, Senior Managing Director and Head of Americas Sales, as Global Head of Sales, to lead the firm’s global fundraising efforts and drive growth across the full suite of investment strategies, including Private Equity and Clean Energy.
In addition, Giacin will join the firm’s Executive Committee, contributing to the strategic direction of the firm. She reports to Martin Hahn, Chief Executive Officer and President of the Executive Committee.
Based in New York, Giacin brings over 25 years of experience in originating, developing, and marketing investment solutions to institutional and wealth management clients.
Since joining Capital Dynamics in 2017, she has been instrumental in expanding the firm’s US investor base, strengthening client partnerships, and is recognised as an industry leader in creating accessible private market investment solutions.
