Muller’s appointment is part of Capzanine’s desire to institutionalise its relationship with its growing number of investors, providing them with a designated point of contact on a daily basis to help guide their investment decisions.
Muller says: “My role is to establish and develop a close and valuable relationship with our investors, offering insightful, responsive discussion, and remaining at their disposal at all times to answer any questions they may have.”
Muller has extensive experience with institutional investors. He began his career in 1997 as a stockbroker in London, before joining the buy side in 2001 as Head of Institutional French Investors, first for Foreign & Colonial, then for Barclays Global Investors. In 2006, he joined Old Mutual Asset Management to develop the group’s hedge fund sales to institutional investors in continental Europe.
From 2008, Muller was Managing Director, Alternative Products Distribution, Europe at First Avenue Partners LLP in London, where he was principally in charge of relations with institutional investors from Scandinavia and France.
Muller is an alumnus of Comillas Pontifical University (Madrid) and of ESC Reims.
