CI Capital Partners, a private equity firm headquartered in New York City has announced the final closing of its CI Capital Investors II, LP fund with USD620 million in commitments, exceeding its target of USD500 million. The managing principals of CI Capital are collectively the largest investors in the fund.
Founded in 1993, CI Capital targets middle-market businesses in industries with strong consolidation potential. Focusing on capital appreciation, CI Capital is a long-term investor which seeks to partner with exceptional management teams to build businesses through strategic acquisitions and organic growth. CI Capital now has over USD1.1 billion of capital under management.
