Following a year of substantial growth, management consultancy CIL has invested in its healthcare practice with the promotion of James Silk to Partner and the appointment of Craig Abrahams as Associate Director.
Last year, CIL worked with many leading healthcare private equity investors and businesses, supporting them on mandates across healthcare, social care and life sciences. Looking to build on the team’s success, Silk’s promotion to Partner will see him focus on leveraging the firm’s experience across both transactional and non-transactional landscapes. Recent engagements he has led include buy-side CDD on Frontier Medical for Agilitas Private Equity, and sell-side CDD engagements on Medequip and AJM Healthcare.
Abrahams joins CIL from Welbeck Health Partners, where he worked as Commercial Director. He brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having also worked for Bupa’s Health Insurance business.
