Clearlake Capital Group has made several senior-level hires across the firm’s investment and O.P.S.® teams, including Josh Lederman, Managing Director, Capital Markets; Tasha Pelio, O.P.S.® Managing Director, Marketing & Communications; Eric Rimmke, O.P.S. ® Principal; and Chad Neale, O.P.S.® SVP Information Security.
Lederman will join Clearlake in September after 14 years at KKR, most recently serving as a Managing Director in Debt Capital Markets. In this role, he was responsible for all debt financings across the technology, tech-enabled services, media, and industrial verticals for KKR. He previously was Head of Debt Financing for KKR’s Ascendant fund, NGT fund, and Global Impact fund. Lederman began his career as an investment banking analyst at Morgan Stanley.
Pelio comes to Clearlake from JP Morgan, where she spent more than 17 years, most recently as the Head of Americas Communication for the Commercial & Investment Bank. She previously held marketing and media relations roles at Lehman Brothers, UBS and Citigroup.
Rimmke, O.P.S. ® Principal, most recently served as a Director in Advent International’s Portfolio Support Group. Previously, he served in a similar role at Vista Equity Partners, and his prior experience includes positions at Collective Health, Boston Consulting Group, Qventus, and WePay.
Neale, O.P.S.® SVP Information Security, has over 25 years of risk management and cybersecurity advisory experience. He most recently served as a Principal at Cyblade, a cybersecurity and technology risk transaction advisory firm, with previous experience at Alliant M&A, Cylance, PwC, and First Allied Securities.
