Clearwater International advises Adonia Medical Group on sale to sk:n Group

Clearwater International has advised the shareholders of Adonia Medical Group, on its sale to the sk:n Group, a network of specialist skin care clinics in the UK backed by Trispan Private Equity.  The Adonia Medical Group includes Courthouse Clinics, a chain of 11 clinics across the UK offering a wide range of anti-ageing aesthetic and wellbeing treatments including laser hair removal, anti-ageing injections, skin rejuvenation and weight-loss products. 

The transaction will enable the s:kn Group to increase its national footprint, extending its reach into new clinic locations as well as providing greater diversity through its enhanced portfolio of complementary services.

The Clearwater International deal team consisted of Managing Partner Phil Burns, Director Helen Lowe, Associate Director Will Arnold and Associate Robert Herscovici.
