Alternative investment adviser and fund manager Cliffwater has expanded its team dedicated to its Cascade Private Capital Fund with the appointment of Timothy Henn as Managing Director and Head of Private Equity Secondaries.
According to a press statement, Henn will lead the development of the firm’s secondaries capabilities for both LP-led and GP-led investments.
CPEFX is an interval fund providing access to private capital investments, with Cliffwater serving as the investment adviser. As of 30 June, CPEFX had $965m in net assets.
Prior to joining Cliffwater, Henn served as Executive Director and Portfolio Manager at JP Morgan Asset Management, where he led private equity and venture secondaries opportunities across its platform.
Cliffwater manages approximately $28bn in assets and advises on $83bn in assets. The firm’s expansion into private equity secondaries is part of its broader strategy to enhance its investment offerings and capabilities.
