Following a management buy-out, Tectura Corporation has transferred its stake in Tectura GmbH, Berlin, to its long-standing chief executive and minority shareholder, Uwe Bergmann.
Tectura is a leading provider of business consulting and services related to implementing and integrating Microsoft Dynamics technologies. Going forward, Uwe Bergmann will manage the company independently of the Tectura Group.
A team led by Tax and Corporate partner Jesko Nobiling (lead partner) advised Uwe Bergmann on all aspects of the management buy-out and Tectura GmbH on operational implementation of the transaction.
The Tectura Group and Tectura GmbH also signed a partner agreement which allows the companies to make use of each other’s special technologies and provide their respective customers with a comprehensive range of services.
