With effect from 1 February 2011, Porsche Deutschland is acquiring two Porsche Centres in Hamburg from the Raffay Group – Porsche-Zentrum Hamburg and Porsche-Zentrum Hamburg Nord-West.
After Stuttgart and Berlin, Hamburg is the third location where car manufacturer Porsche will be managing its dealerships itself.
Porsche was advised on all aspects of the transaction by a CMS Hasche Sigle team led by lead partner Maximilian Grub.
With the sale of these two dealerships, the Raffay Group is bowing out of the Porsche car business after 60 years. The transaction is currently awaiting approval from the competition authorities.
