BlackRock has held the first close of its Evergreen Infrastructure Fund with client commitments of over $1bn from European founding partners. The fund has already begun to commit capital, including to the acquisition of a US commercial and industrial solar and battery platform.

L Squared Capital Partners has held the final closing for its fourth private equity fund with $840m of capital commitments, taking the total raised by the firm from investors since its launch in July 2014, to over $2bn.

Gilde Healthcare has held the final close of its Gilde Healthcare Venture&Growth VI fund with €740m in total capital commitments. Fund VI reached its hard cap following a first close at €600m in April this year.

Pantheon, a global private markets investor, has launched the Pantheon Global Private Equity Fund, an open-ended, evergreen fund and the latest addition to the firm’s growing global private wealth platform.

Great Range Capital, a greater Kansas City based private equity firm focused on making Midwestern investments in the lower middle-market, has the the final close of Great Range Capital Fund III at its hard cap of $250m.

Adams Street Partners, a private markets investment firm with more than $58bn in assets under management, has held the final closing of the Adams Street 2023 Global Fund Program with $820 million in committed capital.

New York-based private equity firm Harvest Partners (Harvest), has closed it latest buyout fund, Harvest Partners IX and its parallel funds with $5.34bn in capital commitments, ahead of its $5.25bn target.
