BC Partners to sell majority stake in $9.73bn GardaWorld

BC Partners, a private investment firm with €40bn in AUM across private equity, private debt, and real estate strategies, has agreed to sell the majority of its stake in Garda World Security Corporation in a deal that values the business at CAD13.5bn ($9.73bn).

OEP acquires global IT services firm Yorktel

One Equity Partners has completed the acquisition of York Telecom Corporation, an IT services firm specialising in managed services, and enterprise collaboration solutions. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

KKR to acquire 25% stake in Eni’s Enilive for €2.94bn

Global private investment giant KKR has agreed to pay €2.64bn to acquire a 25% stake in Enilive, Eni’s mobility transformation company, comprising a payment of €2.44bn for the shares, plus a €500m capital increase to Eni prior to the completion of the deal.

EQT and partners to acquire Nord Anglia Education for $14.5bn

Sweden’s EQT AB, in partnership with Neuberger Berman Private Markets and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPPIB), are to acquire global schools operator Nord Anglia Education in a deal worth $14.5bn, including debt, according to a report by Reuters.

Global private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP) is to invest in Schülerhilfe, an operator and franchisor of site-based and online tutoring in the DACH region in partnership with company CEO, Dieter Werkhausen, and the existing management team.
