Admaius Capital Partners, a Rwanda-based private equity firm investing across Africa, has acquired The Particle Group, a manufacturer of certified reference materials for the metals and mining industries.

French private equity firm Eurazeo has made an investment in Cognigy, a provider of AI-driven customer services solutions, providing €50m in Series C funding to the Germany -based business from the Eurazeo Growth Fund IV.
