Private equity firms Apogee Global and EiM Capital have agreed to a joint acquisition of the European hydraulics business of US manufacturer Dana Incorporated (formerly Brevini Fluid Power), which they intend to combine with HPI, a French producer of hydraulic components.

Verod acquires i-Fitness Nigeria stake from CardinalStone

Private credit loses out to JPMorgan in $2.5bn Cohesity debt deal

The proposed acquisition of a unit of Veritas Technologies by SoftBank and Sequoia Capital-backed Cohesity will be supported by $2.5bn in debt financing from JPMorgan Chase & Co after the bank beat off competition from private credit lenders, according to a report by CityWire.
