Bridge Growth Partners, LLC, a private equity firm focused on investments in the technology and technology-enabled services sectors, is to sell Accedian, a specialist in performance analytics and end-user experience solutions, to Cisco. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

CVC Capital Partners Fund III and Patria Investments Private Equity Fund VII are to acquire Delly’s, a food service distribution company in Brazil, from Patria’s fifth private equity investment vehicle (Fund V).

Apex Group has supported Pricoa Private Capital’s provision of senior capital to Real Betis Balompié for the refinancing of the Spanish La Liga football club. Pricoa is part of PGIM, the principal asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc. 

The Investment Management Corporation of Ontario (IMCO) is investing $400 million in Northvolt AB, an integrated battery platform focused on the R&D, manufacturing, and recycling of sustainable battery cells and systems, from its Fundamental Equities and Global Infrastructure strategies.

Sullivan Street Partners, a UK-based mid-market private equity investor, has supported the bolt-on acquisition of Greenfingers Landscape Ltd by its portfolio company Tivoli Group. The company, which has an annual turnover of £5.5m, adds to Tivoli’s existing £65m in revenues. 

Palatine has made the second investment from its Impact Fund II by investing in waste management and recycling services specialist Roydon Recycling, which is being carved out of the Roydon Group with current CEO, Paul Hodgkiss, continuing to lead the company.
