BC Partners has appointed JP Morgan and Jefferies to prepare a £3 billion auction of portfolio company VetPartners, having first acquired the business in 2018 for around £720 million, according to a report by Sky News.

Washington DC-based private equity firm Arlington Capital Partners has acquired Charles River Laboratories’ Avian Vaccine Services business to form a new company, AVS Bio. 

FSN Capital, an Oslo-headquartered private equity firm that makes control investments in medium-sized companies in Scandinavia and the DACH region, is to acquire a majority stake in Lobster, a no-code data integration and digital process automation platform provider, via the FSN Capital VI fund.

Round Hill Music Royalty Partners, a private equity firm dedicated to investing in music copyrights, has acquired the producer royalties and related rights of music producer Steve Lillywhite. Financial terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.

CES Power, a global provider of mobile power generation, distribution and temperature control equipment backed by industrial-focused private equity firm Allied Industrial Partners, has acquired Global Power Systems, a provider of power generation and temperature control services in Louisiana, Georgia and North Carolina.
