Mayfair Equity Partners (Mayfair), a dedicated consumer and technology investor with over £1 billion in assets under management, is backing the management buyout of Garolla, a UK-based, end-to-end provider of roller garage doors. Mayfair will hold a majority stake in the business. Additional deal terms have not been disclosed.
