Mill Point Capital has closed its third private equity fund, at $1.7bn, nearly double the size of its previous fund. Mill Point Capital Partners III, which exceeded its $1.2bn target, will focus on lower mid-market companies across North America, according to a report by The Wall Street Journal.

Private equity firm Renovus Capital Partners has held the final close of its fourth private equity fund Renovus Capital Partners IV Core Buyout, which was significantly oversubscribed with total capital commitments of $875m.

Shore Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on lower-middle market investments, has closed its inaugural Healthcare Advantage Fund, second Business Services Partners Fund, and first Shore Search Partners Fund with a combined $1.9bn in commitments.

BNP Paribas Asset Management (BNPP AM) has held the first close of its BNP Paribas European Special Opportunities Debt Fund II (BNPP ESO II) at €90m. The strategy enables institutional investors and family offices to capture special situations in Europe.

Kurma Partners, a private investment firm focused on improving human health, has held the first close of Biofund IV with €140m in capital commitments, over half of the €250m total the firm is targeting at final close in 2025.

LGT Capital Partners has held the final close of its latest flagship secondaries fund, Crown Global Secondaries VI (CGS VI), at over $7bn in total capital commitments exceeding the original target size of $6bn.
