NEA closes health and tech VC funds at combined $6.2bn

New Enterprise Associates has closed two tech and health-focussed venture capital investments funds with approximately $6.2 billion in capital commitments, bringing the firm’s assets under management to over $25 billion as of 31 December, 2022.

Warburg Pincus LLC has raised $15.4 billion of a targeted $16 billion for its latest flagship global private equity fund – Warburg Pincus Global Growth 14 – that will acquire companies across industries around the world, according to a report by Reuters.

Tritium Partners secures $684m for third growth-focused PE fund

Tritium Partners, a private equity firm investing in growth companies in the lower middle market, has held a final closing on its third fund, Tritium III, with $684 million of committed capital. The fund exceeded its target and represents a nearly 50% increase over Tritium’s 2019 second fund.
