Odyssey Investment Partners (Odyssey) is to acquire Protective Industrial Products Inc (PIP), a global supplier of personal protective equipment (PPE) and industrial safety products, from Audax Private Equity.  Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. PIP, founded in 1984, offers a broad suite of the most recognised PPE products
