BB Capital-backed childcare software specialist KidsKonnect acquires competitor ROSA

BB Capital Investments-backed KidsKonnect has acquired Dutch childcare software company ROSA, its fifth bolt-on acquisition in 2021. ROSA specialises in software for the administration of childcare and childminder. The transaction was preceded by KidsKonnect’s acquisitions of the Dutch childcare software specialists Social Schools, PortaBase and Doenkids and the Belgian Deona.
