Coral Capital Solutions, a leading provider of financing solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises, has appointed Tom Siska as Chief Operating Officer to oversee underwriting, portfolio management, and operations.
Siska will also work closely with the sales and strategy teams to expand the firm’s business and product offerings.
Siska brings over 40 years of leadership experience in the private credit market and is widely recognised for his success in small business to middle-market asset-based lending and factoring. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing teams, engineered multiple successful business turnarounds, and developed several organisations from the ground up — many of which continue to operate successfully or were sold at a premium.
Before joining Coral Capital, Siska held senior leadership roles across the private credit space. He holds a double major in finance and marketing from DePaul University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
The appointment underscores Coral Capital’s commitment to delivering flexible and effective financing solutions for small and midsize businesses across North America while positioning the firm for continued strategic growth.
