CGI Automated Manufacturing (CGI), a portfolio company of Chicago-based private equity firm CORE Industrial Partners (CORE), has acquired Precision Metal Fab and Precision Tool & Die (collectively, PMF) a provider of metal cutting and forming solutions.
Financial terms of the deals, which follow CORE’s acquisition of CGI in August and Advanced Laser Machining (AL) in October, have not been disclosed.
