Cornell Capital appoints new Partner

Cornell Capital, a US-based PE firm with $5.3bn of AUM and offices in New York and Hong Kong, has promoted Jennifer Cattier to Partner. Based in New York, Cattier will oversee firm operations and personnel, and infrastructure initiatives.

Cattier joins Cornell Capital’s Partner group which, following her promotion, will be comprised of seven partners across New York and Hong Kong.

Cattier joined Cornell Capital as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience across multiple alternative investment asset classes to the firm. Prior to joining Cornell, she was the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of SK Capital Partners, and previously served as the General Counsel of Almanac Realty Investors, the private real estate investment division of Neuberger Berman.

Before joining Almanac, Cattier held senior legal and compliance positions at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, focusing on private equity, real estate, and various strategic initiatives, having begun her career as a lawyer at Sullivan & Cromwell.
