CoVenture, an alternative asset management firm focused on direct credit opportunities and credit-oriented investments in early and late-stage companies, has made two new female additions to its team – Dalia Bauman as a vice president in the hybrid capital team, and Molly Cline as an associate on the capital formation team.
CoVenture, an alternative asset management firm focused on direct credit opportunities and credit-oriented investments in early and late-stage companies, has made two new female additions to its team – Dalia Bauman as a vice president in the hybrid capital team, and Molly Cline as an associate on the capital formation team.
Prior to joining CoVenture, Bauman was an associate in the credit opportunities fund at The Carlyle Group where she was focused on the due diligence, structuring, and sourcing of opportunistic credit investments. Prior to Carlyle, Bauman was a private credit analyst at Goldman Sachs. She received a BS in Finance from the University of Maryland.
Prior to joining the CoVenture team, Cline was an investment analyst on the private capital team at Agility Outsourced CIO. Previously, she was a structured finance analyst at Ernst and Young. Cline attended Tulane University.
