CoVenture Management (CoVenture), an alternative asset management firm focused on direct credit opportunities and credit-oriented investments in early and late-stage companies, has appointed Graham Kohan as a Managing Director in the firm’ hybrid capital team.
Kohan joins CoVenture from Golub Capital, where he served as a Principal in the firm’s Credit Opportunities Group.
Kohan has over 12 years of private capital investment and advisory experience. Prior to Golub Capital, where he was responsible for originating, underwriting, structuring and monitoring opportunistic debt and equity investments, he was a Director at BC Partners Advisors LP with a focus on deal origination, execution and monitoring across the credit platform’s opportunistic credit and middle market lending strategies.
He has also previously held roles in private credit at The Carlyle Group and HIG Capital.
