Tully & Holland has acted as financial advisor to Catalog Marketplace (Glendale), in the sale of its assets to Capital Resource Partners (CRP). BCA Mezzanine Fund provided senior debt and preferred equity capital in support of CRP’s acquisition. Terms of the transaction have not been disclosed.
