CVC has appointed Kate Thomas to the Client and Product Solutions team as Partner and Head of North American Distribution, based in New York.
Thomas brings over 20 years of experience in asset management and alternative investments, strengthening CVC’s focus on building long-term relationships with institutional investors in North America.
She joins from Sixth Street, where she spent over six and a half years as a Managing Director, and previously held senior roles at The Blackstone Group and Goldman Sachs.
CVC is a global private markets manager with a network of 30 office locations throughout EMEA, the Americas, and Asia, with approximately €200bn of assets under management.
Funds managed or advised by CVC’s private equity strategy are invested in approximately 140 companies worldwide, which have combined annual sales of over €168bn and employ over 600,000 people.
