CVC has appointed Jean-Pierre Saad as a new Managing Partner to lead private equity technology investments in Europe. The role, which comes into effect June 2025, will be based out of London.
Saad joins from KKR where he spent 15 years, most recently leading KKR’s Technology activities for EMEA Private Equity. Key investments include Exact, SoftwareOne, Devoteam and Koerber Supply Chain Software.
Prior to KKR, Saad was in the telecoms and media team of Lehman Brothers in London.
On the appointment, Saad said: “Technology in Europe is a sector with considerable potential and I am excited to help expand the platform and unlock many more of these opportunities.”
