DA Davidson & Co has appointed Kevin Arvoy as a director in the firm’s Equity Capital Markets group.
Arvoy will be responsible for expanding the firm’s origination and execution efforts of public offering transactions across all industries of focus.
Arvoy joins DA Davidson with over a decade of investment banking and capital markets experience. Most recently, he served as a director in Raymond James’ Consumer & Retail Investment Banking group, where he was responsible for originating and executing M&A transactions, as well as debt and equity financings.
