Da Vinci Capital portfolio company Noventiq, a global provider of digital transformation and cybersecurity solutions, has secured a significant equity investment from Niobrara Capital, a US private equity firm focused on technology and enterprise services.
Niobrara also holds an option to upsize its investment in Noventiq, which plans to use the investment to support ongoing organic growth and pursue strategic growth opportunities internationally.
The company also recently appointed Torgrim Takle as CEO. With more than two decades of experience leading high growth international technology businesses, Takle previously served as CEO of Crayon Group, where he led over 15 acquisitions and oversaw a tenfold increase in market capitalisation following its IPO.
