Private equity firm TriSpan has completed the acquisition of UK skincare specialist sk:n, from Graphite Capital, via its TriSpan Opportunities Fund. The investment group, which has offices in London and New York, will work with the existing senior management team to continue to develop and expand the sk:n business – a skincare specialist, with 51 clinics across the UK offering a range of non-surgical skin and cosmetic treatments. Private equity firm GTCR has completed the previously announced acquisitions of Ultimus Fund Solutions and The Gemini Companies in a strategic combination.  The combined company, which will operate as Ultimus Fund Solutions, is a provider of full service fund administration, accounting and investor solutions to traditional and alternative fund managers. Midlands-based CET UK has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Enverity Ltd, a geotechnical and construction materials testing specialist, with the support of Palatine Private Equity. The acquisition comes just three months after Palatine took a majority stake in CET in November 2018, with the intention of broadening its service capability and geographical reach through a buy-and-build strategy.   Enverity provides comprehensive testing services across the civil engineering, structural engineering and geotechnical markets.
