EPIC Holdings is to acquire Integro Holdings, a specialty insurance brokerage and consulting business in the US with revenue in excess of USD150 million. Based in Milton Keynes, The Children’s Furniture Company designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of children’s furniture. ARQIS has advised AVS Verkehrssicherung (AVS), a portfolio company of Triton Fonds IV, on its acquisition of Traffics A/S (Traffics), a Danish construction and traffic safety provider based in Gadstrup, Denmark. Norwest Venture Partners has made a growth equity investment in Jolyn Clothing Company, a leading women’s performance swimwear and active wear brand based in Huntington Beach, California. Jolyn was founded in 2010 by a lifeguard who saw a need for better looking, functional swimwear. LDC has invested in British Waterways Marinas Limited (BWML), the largest operator of inland marinas in the UK, backing the existing management team. Established in 2004, as part of the Canal & River Trust, BWML operates and maintains 18 marinas across the UK with more than 2,500 boat moorings across its sites. Its locations offer a wide range of services including residential and leisure moorings, chandlery, maintenance and repair works.   The investment, for an undisclosed sum, will support the development of the existing marina estate to continue to improve the customer experience, broadening leisure services and adding new locations.
Limerston Capital has acquired Prism Medical UK (Prism) from LDC. Prism specialises in moving, handling and bathing equipment for elderly, disabled and mobility disadvantaged clients. Prism supports customers in a range of care environments, such as schools, hospitals and care homes, and provides a full-service that includes the design, installation and servicing of its equipment across the homecare, long-term and acute care markets.   Prism operates from eight UK locations, employs circa 450 highly skilled staff delivering a portfolio of 180 products, driving growth in the GBP600m UK market and a number of international markets including China and Australia.  
Mandarin Capital Partners (MCP) alongside Atlante Private Equity, the founding families and other minority shareholders, is to sell the entire share capital of Hydro Holding SpA (The Group) to NB Renaissance Partners (NBRP).
