The move is in line with Sodexo’s strategy to continually adapt its offers to meet emerging consumer trends and reinvent the customer experience. Clearlake Capital Group has acquired Perforce Software (Perforce), a developer of a scalable and secure version control and collaboration platform, from growth equity investor Summit Partners. Premium bar and restaurant, The Alchemist, has secured an additional GBP16 million finance package from existing debt funders, Santander, to support its continued growth plans across the UK. The new capital from Santander will be invested into the continued innovation of the brand, rejuvenating existing sites and the acquisition of new locations. High Road Capital Partners has completed the acquisition of U-C Coatings, a manufacturer and distributor of premier specialty coatings and sealants for the North American wood and lumber markets. Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed.   The Buffalo, New York-based company’s products, which are more cost effective than alternative products, conserve and protect hardwood logs and lumber.
