Private equity firm Thoma Brava has closed a strategic growth investment in Riskonnect, a provider of Integrated Risk Management technology solutions.
As part of the agreement, Riskonnect’s three founders will retain a significant minority stake in the business. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Riskonnect’s Integrated Risk Management solutions give companies a holistic view of the various risk factors they face, along with mitigants, costs and impact for those risks. Through a unified, highly configurable set of modules, the company provides the tools and business intelligence needed to reduce losses, control risk, manage key stakeholder relationships and increase shareholder value.
HIG WhiteHorse, a credit affiliate of global investment firm HIG Capital, has completed, alongside Tikehau Capital, an investment of EUR85 million in Notes issued by Savio Group, controlled by Alpha Private Equity.
Based in Pordenone, Italy, Savio Group is a global leader in production of machinery and quality control systems for the textile industry.

The Pracuj Group (Grupa Pracuj), a provider of Human Resources (HR) solutions that help companies recruit, retain, and develop employees in Central Europe, has secured a minority invetsment from TCV.
The closing of TCV’s investment is subject to customary closing conditions.
TCV provides growth equity capital for both private and public technology companies in the US, Europe, and internationally. The Pracuj Group intends to use the funding to fuel international expansion and expand its product suite. As part of the investment, John Doran and David Yuan, General Partners at TCV, will join the company’s supervisory board.

A consortium led by TIAA Private Investments and Antarctica Capital (Antarctica) has completed a transaction to acquire InterPark, the largest owner-operator of parking infrastructure in the United States, from investment funds managed by Alinda Capital Partners.
Silverpeak Real Estate Partners (Silverpeak), an investor in the consortium, will focus on real estate and development opportunities for the portfolio. The consortium’s institutional investors members include: CIC Capital Corporation; China Life, advised by its alternative investment platform China Life Investment Holding Company Limited; Munich Re Group, advised by its proprietary asset manager MEAG; and PFA Pension. Investment terms were not disclosed.

Natixis Global Asset Management affiliate Mirova is in exclusive negotiations to acquire Althelia Ecosphere.
The acquisition will create a European platform dedicated to natural capital investing and give investors access to investment solutions addressing major global environmental challenges such as climate change, protection of landscapes, biodiversity, soil and marine resources.

Around Noon, the Northern Ireland-based food-to-go manufacturer, has acquired Chef in a Box, a sandwich and snack manufacturer with customers in the corporate sector.
The purchase from Donegal Investment Group PLC will enable Around Noon to initially gain a strong foothold in Greater London and provide a platform for further UK expansion.
The food-to-go market in the UK is estimated to be worth over GBP16billion, driven in part by the rise of little-and-often shopping, and the popularity of coffee culture.

Cinven has sold of 40 per cent of its equity stake in Visma, a provider of business critical software to SMBs in the Nordic and Benelux region, to a group of investors led by HgCapital.
An investor group led by HgCapital, an existing investor in Visma, together with GIC, Montagu and ICG, is also acquiring 100 per cent of KKR’s stake in the Group. Cinven retains a significant minority stake in the Group. The total transaction is valued at NOK45 billion (EUR4.7 billion).
