Monroe Capital has acted as sole lead arranger and administrative agent on a USD14.5 million senior credit facility to support the merger of Nelbud 360 Services Group and TEAM Services. Nelbud 360 Services is an existing portfolio company of Source Capital. Based in Indianapolis, Indiana and founded in 1981, Nelbud 360 Services is a leading provider of commercial kitchen fire prevention and equipment maintenance including kitchen exhaust cleaning, technical services, fire protection services, and wastewater management. TEAM is a provider of full service electric and mechanical solutions including HVAC services, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and plumbing and drain cleaning services.
Mid-market private equity firm Bowmark Capital is backing the buy-out of Nexus Vehicle Solutions, a B2B broker of rental vehicles in the UK, from its previous institutional investor, Livingbridge, for a total consideration of GBP51 million. The business connects vehicle rental companies with corporate customers via a proprietary online booking and rental management system that automates and streamlines the procurement process.   Founded in Leeds in 1999, Nexus provides its 800 customers with access to over 500,000 vehicles sourced from 130 rental companies operating from more than 2,000 locations. For rental companies, Nexus provides valuable incremental volumes that are otherwise difficult
Alternative Investment Capital Limited (AIC), a Japanese management firm specialising in private equity investments, has chosen eFront's flagship FrontInvest solution in combination with its eFront Investor Cloud (EIC) solution to integrate the firm's operations and streamline its alternative investments data workflows. FrontInvest is an end-to-end solution for both investors and fund managers. EIC provides services to limited partners by collecting and validating performance data from fund managers.   AIC was founded in 2002 as an investment management firm in Japan focusing exclusively on alternative assets. The firm is headquartered in Tokyo and primarily serves Japanese institutional investors and pension funds.

Funds advised by CVC have entered into a partnership with GIC and will become a co-shareholder in the RAC through the purchase of Carlyle Group’s stake in the association. Noerr has advised the SDAX company SAF-HOLLAND SA on taking up a promissory note loan for EUR200 million. The Noerr team was led by the Noerr partners Dr Martin Kleinschmitt and Dr Nikolai Warneke. The promissory note loan was placed with institutional investors in Germany and abroad. The loan agreement was arranged by GoldenSet Capital, a sub-advisor to Alliance Fund II.
