Arise AB has entered into an agreement with a fund managed by Allianz Capital Partners (ACP), for the sale of the construction-ready 33 MW Mombyåsen wind farm.
In addition to the sale, Arise will deliver civil and internal grid works under a turn-key contract as well as manage the construction, and once operational, operate the Project on behalf of ACP through asset management agreements.
As a result Arise estimates to receive revenues under the various contracts relating to the sale and construction phase with a corresponding positive earnings impact of approx. 33 MSEK in 2015 and 2016, combined. Arise will
Puma Investments has completed two deals within the residential care home sector totalling GBP11 million. The monies invested will fund the development and initial operation of two purpose built, modern care homes in partnership with established operator Abbey Healthcare.
Abbey Healthcare is owned by Prabhdyal Sodhi and currently operates a portfolio of 16 homes with 1,279 beds across the UK.

EY has signed a membership deal with Innovate Finance, the global FinTech association based in the UK, as part of its commitment to build its FinTech practice and champion the UK as the world’s global hub for FinTech innovation.
Innovate Finance already has a community of over 120 FinTech companies, including startups, established financial services institutions and two USD1 billion unicorns, but EY will be the only Big Four member organisation.

Immune Pharmaceuticals Inc has secured financings of up to USD21.5 million through two financing agreements. The first, with Hercules Technology Growth Capital, for a term loan of up to USD9.5 million. The second agreement, with mutual fund Discover Growth Fund, for the sale to Discover of newly created Series D Redeemable Convertible Preferred Stock for up to USD12 million in gross proceeds to the company.
Immune received USD13.5 million in gross proceeds: USD9.0 million from Discover and USD4.5 million from Hercules, following the execution of the two agreements. Immune expects to receive an additional USD3.0 million from Discover upon an

The former team of Plymouth Exploration has formed Triumph Energy Partners with a USD100 million equity commitment from Kayne Anderson Energy Funds and members of the management team.

AMP Capital and 3i Infrastructure plc (3i Infrastructure) have entered into an agreement to jointly acquire 100 per cent of Danish company ESVAGT from Maersk Group.
AMP Capital is investing approximately GBP109 million to acquire a 50 per cent interest in ESVAGT and will have an equal shareholding with 3i Infrastructure.

LSQ Funding Group has received USD40 million of capital from Ares Capital Corporation (NASDAQ: ARCC), the largest business development company in the United States.
This USD40 million financing is in addition to the more than USD100 million investment in April led by Lovell Minnick Partners LLC, a private equity firm that specialises in the global financial services industry.
