IK Partners, a European private equity firm, as reached an agreement to sell Aspia AB, a  technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services company, to international investment firm Vitruvian Partners.
KKR& Co, a global investment firm, will be investing in Precipart, a contract manufacturer of precision components for the medical device and aerospace industries. KKR plans to support the Company in its continued growth organically and through M&A.

KKR & Co, is in talks with a group of lenders, led by Blue Owl Capital Inc for a unitranche loan to refinance the debt load of its portfolio company, PetVet, according to a report by Bloomberg.

Blackstone Private Equity
A consortium of buyout firms led by Permira and Blackstone are reconsidering their bid for Adevinta ASA, an eBay backed European classifieds company, according to a report by Bloomberg.
Stonepeak, a US based infrastructure investor, will be taking Textainer, a company that focuses on purchasing, leasing, and resale of marine cargo containers, private in a $2.1bn deal, according to a report by Reuters.
RRJ Capital, a Hong Kong and Singapore based private equity firm led by ex-Goldman Sachs banker Richard Ong, is considering making a €5bn bid for Vodafone’s Spanish business, according to a report by Investing.com.
Italy’s Audit Court does not find the terms of transaction in the sale of Telecom Italia SpA’s phone network to KKR & Co adequate, but it has not yet blocked the deal, according to a report by Bloomberg.
