Enhanced Digital Group (EDG), a wholesaler of structured products in the digital asset space, has raised $12.5 million in a seed funding round led by WebN Group – a research-based incubator backed by Alan Howard – and Genesis.
Carbon-neutral fulfilment and warehouse provider Airbox has secured a £3 million investment from the independent asset manager BOOST&Co to expand operations and grow its customer base.
The funding will be used to purchase a new 87,000 sq ft warehouse in Leighton Buzzard, which will significantly increase Airbox’s overall storage capacity from 45,000 sq ft to 222,000 sq ft, enabling the firm to support many more customers and brand owners with their fulfilment needs. Additionally, the new facility will create up to 200 new jobs in the local area.
Stable, the ‘home of hedging’ for the $5 trillion agricultural commodity industry, has closed a $60 million Series B investment led by Acrew.
Upflex – a global provider of hybrid workspace solutions – has closed a $30 million Series A round led by WeWork with participation from notable strategic investors Newmark and Cushman & Wakefield.
Returning investor Ecosystem Integrity Fund, and top venture funds including GPO Fund, Coelius Capital, Industry Ventures, Inertia Ventures, Perennial Private Investments, and Silicon Valley Bank also participated in the round.
This brings Upflex’s total funds raised to-date to $34.1 million.

Real estate private equity firm Madison International Realty has invested in the recapitalisation of Cologix, one of North America’s leading network-neutral interconnection and hyperscale edge data centre companies.
TARGAN (formerly Applied LifeSciences & Systems (ALSS)) has secured $35 million in a Series C equity funding round co-led by Mountain Group Partners and NovaQuest Capital Management.
Existing investors Merck Animal Health and Oval Park Capital also participated in the round.
TARGAN integrates its proprietary technologies consisting of high-speed imaging, feature recognition, artificial intelligence, robotics, and microfluidics in a system currently developed for the commercial poultry industry.
The Series C investment will allow TARGAN to accelerate the commercialisation of its automated and individualised poultry vaccination and gender identification systems.
Humi, a Canada-based all-in-one HR platform that provides thousands of Canadian businesses with HR, payroll, insurance, and benefits solutions, has raised CAD31 million in a Series B funding round led by Kensington Capital Partners.
Norfolk-based business Beattie Passive has secured a £3 million investment from independent asset manager BOOST&Co, which will provide the growth capital to support its extensive pipeline of new opportunities.
The funding will also help to create more jobs within the company as the firm begins new projects.
One such project is Beattie Passive’s contribution to the Mayor of London’s “Retrofit Revolution”. This £10 billion programme is part of the Mayor’s drive to net zero by 2030 and will create low-carbon homes and around 150,000 jobs over the next decade.

Crowd Data Systems (CDS), a B2B SaaS platform providing data-driven decision support to corporate treasury, has secured €1 million in a seed funding round led by Triple Point Ventures, alongside Portfolio Ventures and a number of angel investors.
The investment will enable the business to build out sales, marketing and customer success in order to meet its next phase of growth.
CDS was co-founded by serial entrepreneurs Kelly Scammell and Steve Whalley, both of whom have successfully founded and exited businesses in the treasury management space.
Altan Insights, an alternative asset intelligence platform, has launched its investor-facing application having raised $4 million in a seed round led by Slow Ventures.
Additional existing investors, Courtside VC and Operator Partners also participated in the round, along with new investors including Alexis Ohanian and Good Friends.
On the platform, investors can discover new assets, research category performance, and track their entire portfolio across fractional alternative asset marketplaces. Until now, investors struggled with disparate reporting from individual marketplaces or otherwise endured time-consuming, manual consolidation efforts.
