Orchard Timber is the national distribution partner for Kährs Flooring and Kährs’ largest stockist in the UK, carrying over 20,000 sq m of solid wood flooring at any given time. Sabrosura Foods, LLC (Sabrosura Foods), a marketer and distributor of branded Hispanic food products, has acquired Pancho’s Mexican Foods, Inc (Pancho’s), the manufacturer of America’s favorite queso dip since 1956.   Pancho’s will join the Sabrosura Foods family of well-known brands, which include: El Viajero, La Morenita, Reynaldo’s and Bio Salud!. Sabrosura Foods is a natural partner for Pancho’s to continue its rapid expansion nationwide across the mass, club and grocery channels. Centre Partners, a middle market private equity firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles, has acquired KNS International (KNS), a data-driven designer and drop shipper of branded footwear to blue-chip e-commerce retailer platforms and online marketplaces.  The KNS management team, led by Founder & Chief Executive Officer Jeremy Pope, has invested alongside Centre Partners and will continue to lead the business. Founded in 2016 by Tim Smeaton and Simon Walker, Kubrick addresses the acute global technology skills shortage, enabling companies to implement digital and data transformation. Mixpanel, a product analytics solution powering nearly 6,000 of the world’s most innovative digital companies, has secured a USD200 million Series C growth investment from Bain Capital Tech Opportunities. The funding was raised at a USD1.05 billion valuation.
