Private equity firm Twenty20 Capital has signed a deal to transfer ownership of its high volume recruitment asset, PMP Recruitment to Challenge-trg Group.
The deal reinforces Twenty20 Capital’s focus on creating value for shareholders whilst remaining well-positioned to support Cordant’s sub-brands: Cordant People, Premiere People and Staffgroup – building momentum through portfolio growth, increased customer wins and new vertical entry points.

North is a highly technical integrated technology specialist delivering end-to-end networking and IoT application design, implementation, support, and managed services throughout the UK. North prides itself on driving innovation and leading the industry in adoption of emerging technologies. Led by CEO, Glen Williams, North has over 270 staff, of which around 160 provide technical services.
North specialises in the provision of connectivity within complex environments where multiple layers of connectivity are required (eg Wi-Fi, IoT, 5G etc).
Kartesia, a European specialist provider of capital solutions for small and mid-sized companies, is pleased to announce that it has provided a financing solution to P Van De Velde.
P Van De Velde is a Belgian, family-owned, packaging group active in the manufacturing and distribution of ecological cardboard packaging products and machinery for the food, retail and other FMCG industries. The Company has 12 plants across Europe, is operated by over 660 FTEs and holds more than 80 years of packaging experience.

Three Hills Capital Partners (THCP) is pleased to announce that its Three Hills Capital Solutions III (THCS III) portfolio company ACT, has agreed to a minority investment from Bridgepoint, which values the business at more than USD1.0 billion and replaces the existing stakes of THCP and its co-investors.
The transaction represents the first full exit for THCS III, of 2018 vintage.

Qatar Holding, an affiliate of the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), is to invest USD200 million in Airtel Mobile Commerce BV (AMC BV), a subsidiary of Airtel Africa.
AMC BV is the holding company for several of Airtel Africa’s mobile money operations; and ultimately is intended to own and operate the mobile money businesses across all of Airtel Africa’s fourteen operating countries.
The transaction values Airtel Africa’s mobile money business at USD2.65 billion on a cash and debt free basis. QIA will hold a minority stake in AMC BV upon completion of the Transaction (alongside other minority investors), with Airtel Africa
