iROCKER is a watersports lifestyle company focused on designing and innovating outdoor recreation products, including inflatable stand-up paddleboards (SUPs) and other watersport accessories. Since launching its flagship iROCKER SUP brand in 2013, the company has introduced its Nautical and Blackfin brands to capture the full needs of SUP enthusiasts. Cavendish Corporate Finance (Cavendish), part of finnCap Group, has closed a deal for the sale of Datrix Limited (Datrix), a supplier of cloud-based networking, communications, and cyber security solutions, to AdEPT Technology Group (AdEPT), one of the UK’s independent providers of managed services for IT, connectivity, unified communications solutions, and cloud services.

Global software investor Hg has made an investment in AUVESY, a global provider of version control and change management software solutions for automated industrial environments.
As part of the transaction, the AUVESY management team will maintain a significant investment in the business whilst the former majority owner Brockhaus Private Equity has fully exited its position. The terms of the transaction have not been disclosed and the transaction is subject to completion.

Under the terms of the deal, Pronovias Group and Vera Wang have signed a 10-year licensing agreement whereby the Pronovias Group will manufacture, distribute, and market the Vera Wang Bride designs.
