Global law firm White & Case has advised funds advised by Triton on the acquisition of ACRE, a leading end-to-end security solutions provider. “Our role advising Triton on its acquisition of ACRE follows its successful sale of DSI Underground at the end of 2020, on which we also advised, and demonstrated the strengths of our transatlantic capabilities,” says White & Case partner Ian Bagshaw, who led the Firm’s deal team. Lead generation technology company, ROI Media UK, has acquired Copenhagen-headquartered, Firstborn Capital.   Firstborn Capital provides digital marketing and lead generation in the fintech space, with a focus on unsecured consumer loans and bank loans through partnerships with leading financial companies and banks. The deal adds SEK9 million of annual revenue for ROI and is the company’s second acquisition since growth capital investor BGF backed the business with a total of GBP7 million investment. Queen’s Park Equity (QPE) has supported the management buyout of Encore Group (Encore), a specialist property management solutions provider, led by Joaquim Fillola, James Peace and Jeremy Chard. Founding partners Stephen Chard and Neil Robinson will also retain a stake in the business. Charterhouse Capital Partners (Charterhouse), one of the longest established private equity firms operating in Europe, is to sell a majority stake in Cooper Consumer Health (Cooper), a European independent over-the-counter (OTC) drug manufacturer and distributor, to CVC Fund VII.  The transaction is subject to workers’ council information and consultation and to the approval of relevant regulatory authorities.
